Payment Options
Journey Inward Counseling offers a variety of convenient payment methods for our clients:
We offer a sliding fee scale based on gross monthly income and family size. We accept cash, check and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover).
Our therapists are in-network with many insurance companies, however they are each contracted individually. Please call our office and check to see which therapists are credentialed with your specific insurance provider. You should also contact your insurance provider to determine what coverage you have for outpatient mental health. While our staff may be able to assist you with insurance questions, please understand that your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company.
As a courtesy to our clients, we will check your benefits and submit insurance claims on your behalf. In order to do this, please complete our insurance verification form in full.
